• The Regional Court in Świdnica, Poland, issued a ruling restoring in official documents the biological sex of a woman who had undergone a so-called transition and, after facing its consequences, decided to return to her true sex.
• The Polish Constitutional Tribunal ruled on June 10 that the EU Directive establishing the European Emissions Trading System (ETS) is incompatible with the Polish Constitution, as it was adopted beyond the powers granted to the European Union by Poland.

Shortly after the end of the second round of Polish presidential elections, which took place on 1 June 2025, the International Observation Mission of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) issued a Statement of Preliminary Findings and Conclusions concerning the elections.
